CCC Heep Woh College is a subsidized co-educational EMI school. Job Descriptions:
- Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress and attainment in non-academic domains, religious education and overall wellbeing;
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience;
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience involving some if not all the following:
- effective planning and staffing of extra-curricular activity programs, major school events, Life-wide learning experience or social service;
- development of the school’s overall pastoral strategy, including life education, careers guidance, discipline and guidance, religious education, and the school-church collaboration;
- develop the whole school calendar and manage the on-going approval and overview of events throughout the school year;
- play a key role within the school’s staff performance management and appraisal;
- operate effective communication channels throughout the school so as to maintain a thriving and positive school culture.
- Have high levels of integrity in aspects of his / her role; and a good team player with a reflective and flexible approach;
- Have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Be highly motivated, collaborative and willing to take the initiative;
- Hold a Master degree or above in relevant disciplines, with professional qualifications in education;
- Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) requirement fulfilled.
